Researched, designed, and implemented pilot programme to introduce corporate records management across Government. Undertaken within an existing Ministry, utilising corporate document management software and strong stakeholder engagement of additional ministerial departments to extend user base and adoption.
The successful implementation of a CRM system into a financial organisation who previously held and collected the data using several different systems and methods. The project amalgamated all data into one central location and provided many additional benefits to the client.
Managed supplier selection and procurement process for the overall technical solution for the management of a new Goods and Services Tax (GST). Also undertook contract negotiations to appoint the software developer’s responsibility for the implementation of one of the applications which manages the business administration of GST.
