Over the years, Magellan Consultancy has helped deliver successful change and transformation projects across a multitude of sectors, as outlined below;
Provided overall programme governance and control for the transition of a multi-million dollar fund from an international bank to new fund administrators. Responsibility for all aspects of the delivery including legal, financial and resource planning, stakeholder management, and the development of the cost proposal related to the migration of the funds.
Lead project manager for a number of different projects designed to improve the control the client had regarding customer pricing. This project necessitated changes to the internal governance and included creating or updating end-to-end processes, confirming ownership and change control.
