Change management restructure programme of a Jersey operation’s core business units from 420 to 240 staff. Delivery of the premises and IT infrastructure reorganisation strategy to reflect the business restructure, including subletting of remaining building. Also project managed the physical separation into new office and facilitated all IT requirements, ensuring business continuity.
The transfer of an offshore bank subsidiary to a new branch over the course of a single weekend. This included the transfer of books of mortgages, loans, and deposits with a total value in excess of £1bn.
COO for global research function in a major bank during period of rapid growth and acquisitions which included the co-ordination of teams in Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. Activities included post-acquisition integrations, a mass hiring exercise, development of a global operations team, budget management / identification of cost savings, vendor management, risk management, business continuity planning and strategic planning.
