Target Operating Model
Working alongside the Senior Leadership group of an international company, the project was to refine the requirements for an improved Target Operating Model. The role entailed reviewing departmental structures, managing a diverse group of senior stakeholders to define both process and financial improvements across the organisation.
The redesign of an operating model to ring-fence investment banking and retail banking activities for an offshore bank. This project included revising booking models for payments, FX, money market, derivatives, precious metals, and structured products.
