Each Magellan employee is Lean certified and has delivered or supported Lean initiatives. Expertise is one of our values, we have a lot of Lean experience delivering process improvement! To date Magellan have delivered Lean in the following sectors:

Our aim is to create a Lean Community on Jersey, encouraging knowledge sharing and developing best practice, joining up companies where Lean is part of the culture and introducing it to others.

What can you expect

Unlike the typical projects approach, where a solution is already in mind or has shape. Lean focuses first on the problem and more importantly the root cause of the problem.

Don’t come to us with solutions, come to us with problems.

Once we understand the root cause we can get to work on our improvement plan to fix the root cause. 

The true value of our Lean service lies in coaching and mentoring your Lean Team throughout the project so the Team can be self-sufficient in running and supporting Lean improvement initiatives.
